Returns & Refunds

Each Clea piece is made by hand, with time and attention placed into every detail. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect choice at checkout
  • General preference after receiving the item

Please make sure to review all product details, photos, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong piece, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Each piece is individually crafted by hand. Slight variations in:

  • texture
  • colour

are part of the process and not considered defects.
