Delivery Partner

All orders are delivered through Wakilni, our trusted logistics partner in Lebanon.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days from confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

You will be contacted by the courier once your order is out for delivery.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Lebanon.

Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping details and phone number are accurate at checkout.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to reschedule.

If the order is not received after multiple delivery attempts, it may be cancelled.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive an update from the courier.
